Hahaha! Ryanair certainly don't fly from Schiphol. I imagine the airport fees would be far too high for them (same reason they don't fly to Heathrow, Birmingham, Manchester etc. They won't pay for major airport fees.) They do offer an Eindhoven-Stansted route though actually. Easyjet do Schiphol-Luton/Stansted/Gatwick, you can usually get a nice rate on one of the three.
