over here even the teeny tiny airports have some kind of shuttle service. Kerry airport only deals in ireland bound flights (a bit mad when irland is so small!) so they dont have city connect shuttles but they do shuttle to the nearest town which is killarney.
Cork, Dublin, Shannon and i think Donegal airports are all actually connected with a shuttle as well as the cities themselves.
So it seemed odd that in UK, which is BIG, there was no shuttle to london which could be called the 'hub'
