But in answer to your question, it would have very likely appeared to her that you were blaming her for not being able to help you, when you really should have been saying, look, I'm an idiot for locking my key in my room, thanks for trying to help me, but I guess I'll have to try something else, perhaps this'll teach me to be more careful in the future. Or something along those lines.
My basic point, which you chose to ignore, still stands.
