i know others here have had similar problems, especially UK peeps who have used BT...
for the last 4-5 days this keeps happening: i am surfing and suddenly no website will open, i get logged out of msn etc but according to the pc im still connected to the net. So i disconnect and try to reconnect and get one of these messages: 'your network hardware is incompatible...' 'your modem or other connecting device has reported an error' - there is no virus or malware that AVG or microsoft spyware thingie can detect and my dreytek modem seems fine - cant ring isp providor yet (bank holiday and even if it wasnt they are diabolical at tech help - the feckers tried to say we used the internet too much - we got a tripple bill - it should be flatrate - the meter said we used 74 hrs last month online but we are allowed 150 on t he flatrate package THEN they said its cos we use ISDN not broadband like we are thick... so yes i dont think they are helpful ;)) - what do you guys think? im sure it must have happened to someone else here
