The charing by MRR was very heuflpl laying stress on the importance of this area in the future.Was a tad disappointed by the presentation made by Sanjiv Puri where it was more a corporate presentation of the Group than highlighting the IT component.It was interesting to learn the extent to which IT departments contribute to the GREENing or CO2 emission levels from a low 5% to a high 50% in IT services organisations.
