Pay double the basic mortgage repayments and get an offset bank account so that every penny you save us subtracted from the principal loan amount each month meaning you pay less interest overall each payment.
We've done that with all 3 of the houses we've owned (including our rental-investment house) and paid them all off in about 5 years each...!
