If your lender will<
If your lender will ceiondsr a short sale and an offer is received and they accept it, then no there is no impact to your credit. It is their decision to accept or reject a short sale offer. But know this, you have to be in distress financially, have the house listed for a period of time before they will even talk with you. If you are able to make your payments, you should seriously ceiondsr staying put and riding out this storm. It will improve.
