No. There are no major problems with the house. I had an inspector look it over before I bought it.
: Renting sucks - but still, it beats paying $800 per week on a mortgage, I guess.
For short-term living it is, but for long-term living buying is the way to go. Houses are good investments and the equity will make nice pocket money if you ever sell. (o:Þ
