Interest rates goin' up... Well thats the reason they'll give if you ask...but the other thing thats happening a lot, is that housing shortages are quite high at the moment (which is great for LGM and the like), so they can almost set the price to anything (man if you could see the $hitholes i'll seen, with rental price through the roof)...
