If you need to send an e-mail and it is only accepted from one address, then use an e-mail client on your home computer and use the SMTP server of your ISP.
It is unavoidable that a major webhost gets listed as spammer. Ofcourse, the RBL lists have a time-limit, so in a few days or hours, servage will once again be considered clean, unless the spamming continues. Considering the response speed and accuracy of the servage support team, I trust they will find the person/site responsible for the spam, and end it, since in their terms of use it states clearly that spamming is not allowed.
