Oh yes, big problem. There is allways some political buzz going to getting longer and tougher punishment to counter it, but it never seems to happen. I find in terms of punishment our justice system weak. On the other hand, in other countries their legal systems are out of control. I mean, here you get a large fine and MAYBE some prison time if you have harddrugs with you, while in Singapore you'll get the deathpenalty. Also an example, we don't have laws for littering (throwing away candy wrappers and such), while you don't want to even think doing that in Singapore. I'm here.
