its ridiculous, rape is still treated as almost nothing because its SEX, but it isnt SEX, its rape and the law needs to recognise this...
i know it can be hard to establish if the person who cried rape is telling the truth, plenty of liars out there and they ruin it completely for the ones who really have been through it.
But there is no excuse when it is so plain that it was rape - a child and these men for hecks sake...
a disabled child too (unfortunately disabled/ handicapped people are still often viewed as lesser beings in this so called enlightened age) :(
