At the risk of incurring the writah of both PTZ'ers(for going off topic) and of course, cat-lovers- May I drag in the soapbox? . I hate it when I hear a fellow Australian say they let their cat roam free! Cat's are not native to Oz and they are destroying our eco system as a consequence. Dogs are also a problem, don't get me wrong, but they are easier to police. I fully understand that we are all different, with different tastes, and need our pets as companions. But I wish people like the above mentioned owner would build a secure run for their cat if the want to put cats outside here in Oz., so they don't hunt, kill and eat all the small birds in animals in sight! .
