I ordered something from the interweb, at a gamestore somewhere here in the Netherlands.
At that time we where still dealing with the old currency (Guldens instead of Euro's). I ordered a game plus some extra thingies (I don't remember what it exactly was). Now there was an option that you either pay for everything seperately when it comes at your home, or only pay if ALL the items you ordered came throught. Smart as I am I thought "I don't like paying several times, I just want one bill".
So a couple of weeks whent by and I got the game. I am STILL waiting for the extra's I ordered and haven't payed for the game, since I only had to pay when ALL the items where delivered.
That was about 4 years ago.
