They do to me. I expect the house to be in acceptable working order when I move in, and leaks, fire hazards, and a rediculously hot attic won't due! (The air vents in the attic were covered up by shingles when they replaced the roof!) All of the other minor things that I haven't mentioned I can live with until I fix them myself.
