Hi Alex, very sorry that you are frustrated but lonkiog into our support system here, this is the first and only ticket you have opened in the support system attached to your account. If you sent it in from an email not associated with your account here, then it would have been replied to as all tickets have been answered as your ticket here right now is the only unanswered ticket in the system.So I'm not exactly sure what happened there, but I apologize and if you could help us out and let us know what email you contacted or through what means you attempted to contact us (contact form, email if so what address, and from what email address you sent from if applicable.)As for your issue with Click Heat Dynamo, The process would have been you go to pay at ClickBank, once your payment is complete you would have been brought to our website "PluginDynamo.com" and asked to create and account. (Which you must have done, because this emails associated with an account with Click Heat Dynamo added on to it and we have no automatic creating of account in our system). Then from there you would have logged in and followed the link to download from the members dashboard.You should also have received an email from us containing the username and password you created after your purchase (check your spam).If you have forgotten your password you can also use this link to retrieve it : And enter in your username or email.Thanks,Plugin Dynamo Support
