and if you really were dissatisfied you should have refused to pay, although your grounds for it were not solid that is what you are meant to do if unhappy at a hairdresser

She didn't give me a bad haircut, though. The cut itself is quite good. Because of that, I paid. However, if she gave it a good f*&% over, then I would have kept the money to myself. My displeasure lies with the fact that the haircut was wrong and she gave me poor customer service right after. THAT'S the reason for the letter.
