Took them a week.... But we've finally got them back from. Being re imaged. Now everything seems to work ok, but we still can't do app updates ( upon already installed apps) without the technicians app and password, so I'm not holding my breath that we mightn't lose them again for another re image... Well just have to wait and see... I colour stuff...
