Well, I found yet another issue with their setup. The ipad wouldn't allow you download any photos from it when you connected to a PC. Depending on the OS, you could see the DCIM folder but couldn't see anything inside of it, or you couldn't see anything at all when you connected the ipad up to a USB port. In all cases the alto picture wizard read 0 files found no matter what....
The immediate solution was to email any pics on the camera roll to yourself but that shouldn't have to happen....
Anyway, on Tuesday as I predicted they intend to reimage all 80 iPads and supposedly they'll be fine after that. I await to see...somehow I'm a little cynical
