what would be causing the hassle?
Natasha's laptop wifi worked fine right up until I removed the Norton's anti-virus software about a year ago (through the proper 'uninstall' bit) because it was hopelessly out of date.
Ever since then... nada. It 'connects' to a wifi but the browsers won;t show anything on the screen except 'page not found' etc...
I'm tempted to hit it with a virtual sledgehammer and just reinstall things back to factory specs and start over... but I'd rather not. I colour stuff...
