after 45 minutes on hold and then a 1 and a half hour conversation...
we finally got Raisa's computer working (DELL running XP) but we had to manually setup the connection through the wifi wizard in XP

as for Natasha's computer (Fujitsu - vista)... well he reckons it should work if we turn it off and on again to refresh everything but I can't just now because Natasha is out an a) I dunno her password and b) she has a fingerprint security enabled as well!!

so that's a problem for another phone call another day...
I colour stuff...
