*shrugs* 5.75 isn't bad around here... When we first got quoted it was closer to 5.25%, but we had to go with a different company due to my lack of credit. I shied away from credit cards after watching mum declare bankruptcy when I was 13 and us nearly losing the house (two days from losing our house and having nowhere to go... it was bad). So, 5.75% isn't that bad. A lot of my friends are refinancing to get theirs down to 6%. So, we're already starting with an advantage! And thanks on the temperature conversion. ;)
