I really didn't want an adjustable rate... Because that's part of how things got bad around here with the housing market. People got adjustable rates, and they were risky clients anyway, and then they couldn't pay off, and next thing you know the rates SKYROCKET and everyone's being foreclosed on. That's how we're getting our house in the first place. It was Fannie Mae owned. Yeah..
