Raisa bought the Mcrappee TS 2009 - and now the tech support via their online applet chat are on a first name basis suffice to say their database updates aren't always the best and have been crashing /freezing apps such as Office 2007 amongst other things. They take over the computer, force *another* update and suddenly things are ok again - I'm sure they're doing something with their product they don't want to admit to when they do this. Speaking of office 2007 - DON'T BUY IT! IT'S CRAP! BTW - if anyone has a cracked copy of office 2003 I'd love to have it so I can delete Raisa's office2007 and reinstall office2003... I colour stuff...
