Even though. Man, I gotta come here more often. I'm not going to badger anyone, and I'm only going to say this once. This is a bad idea in the context of the current financial situations that are currently going on. For a clue, a house that has had the price drop twice when it's only been on the market 4 months. You guys need to do some searching and reading online. Best bet now, rent and save your excess cash. No BS. -That is all.
