new

Trek
movie?
I just had a look at the official site and just the promo movie they had there of the Enterprise-with-no-bloody-letter=after-its-name being built along with the Trek music and a transporter beam sound effect at the end was enough to send a shiver up my spine!
yes, it's been a while since I've seen *any* sort of trek episode/movie!
They've got shots of all the characters there, plus a shot of the bridge which is all glittery and shiney looking - super modern stuff. Looks nice IMO
Of course there will be the legions of hard core trekkers who wilL simply poo-poo and drag it down it because its NOT THE ORIGINAL! Well, sorry guys, the original cast is OLD or DEAD and there's no turning that back. I for one am all for them re-inventing Trek with a new and younger cast.
So I'm looking forward to it at least...
