Hmmmm....
I'm seriously confused, but I think I'm getting I'll have to contact someone way above my head to get this rolling, and that might be just as difficult as talking to a mobile phone service representative. *sigh*

Thanks for the help, guys. I was just trying to avoid having to either

A: Spend more money
B: Give up on the Crackberry and take it back

I'm so clueless about forwarding things such as this! I've never had to deal with it before...
