The only reliable and useful way to forward e-mail is to do it at the server. 99,999999% of e-mail servers on this planet support the option of forwarding e-mail that comes in for you to another e-mail address - you just need to find out where to set it up.
Using Outlook is not really a useful option. If you set up a forwarding system in Outlook it will only work when Outlook is active. When you shut down the computer, the forwarding just doesn't work anymore because Outlook isn't running.
I suggest you ask the system administrator for your corporate e-mail system if he can forward the mail for your mailbox to another account. Usually it is possible to have a copy of incoming mail left in your mailbox, so you get the mail twice - once in your mailbox and once in the other mailbox where it forwards to.
