You know... the groundleak thing is something that a LOT of places don't have. We're spoiled here in holland where our electrical installation are nearly all pretty solid and leak-tight. In greece they have weird setups with powerlines, and if you do put a groundleakbreaker in, it's gonna switch your power off at random times cause the wires are just weird.. ;)
The view of the demolitions must be a bit unsettling... some guy in one of those machines going like "oh we have to demolish this building, too, right?" *Rolls over to your place and starts breaking the walls away* AAH!!
