It's an old factory workers house in the old town part of the city, and it's due for demolition in 2010. It's a really old house with no actual heating and no earth leak fuse (so if you shorcut the circuit with one of your bodyparts and the normal fuse doesn't fry, you're screwed).
One big plus is that, aside from three bedrooms, we have a living room, a dining room, a washing room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom (shower), a cellar, an attic, many in-built closet, a garden house and a large garden with big old trees. It's also like 5 minutes from central station by bike, 10-15 by bus, and there's all sorts of small stores in the neighbourhood - no supermarkets though, unfortunately. Lots of parking space though, and a lovely view of demolitions going on, LOL!
Me and a friend are renting it for now. Well, it takes us out of the student dorm, at least, at about the same cost the dorm rooms are costing us right now. It's a half an hour by bike away from university, but I'm almost done with my education there so it's okay.
