I love that you post about your life, and we get to hear stuff that you're going through. I wanted to reply and make some intelligent comments, but I couldn't really think of anything, so I just wanted to post and say I've read and enjoyed, and I care about what happens to you, so do take care of yourself. It's good you think of things to help yourself when you're not feeling 100% - and the weight thing, the most important thing when it comes to weight is how you feel about it yourself, never mind what other people are saying - like, I know I could be a bit thinner if I made the effort ;-) but I'm comfortable like this, and don't really see the point in making the effort for something that doesn't really bother me much. But equally, my mom, who is a perfectly healthy weight, feels like she wants to lose a bit of weight in order to feel comfortable about herself, so it all comes down to how you feel about yourself. As long as it doesn't get unhealthy either way, of course.
And you've reminded me I really need to clean my room ;-) It's a disgrace, and I always feel better when it's done...it's just getting around to doing it that's my problem ;-)
