I meant "crappy" in the sense of "not available to those of us who refuse, on principle, to pay money for the privilege of posting random stuff on the Internet."
And also in the sense of "present as a menu option to those of us mentioned above, so as to make us believe that it IS available to us, and then mock us with it's unavailability."
