Seriously! Right now, it's mostly me and my mom doing all the work. I don't want to put too much pressure on my maid of honor, because a week before I asked her to be my maid of honor, another friend of hers asked her to be maid of honor in HER wedding, which is taking place two months before mine. I'm not sure what demands her other friend has of her, so I'm trying to make Liz's load light.
My fiance and I joke that my mother is the bridezilla! :) lol! I'm more relaxed and laidback. Honestly, I don't start stressing until she calls freaking out about this and that. So, we've found a way to cope. She gets control of the party favors and table decorations, and I won't argue much on those... and I can get me and Matt's way with most everything. See, I consult Matt on most everything (besides flowers and dresses, of course), so, he and I are in this together.
Dad offered us 10,000$ to elope... But, I want a wedding. Family is HUGE for me (as well as it BEING Huge). I mean, I have Spanish Catholics on one side mixed with farm family, and on the other side I have the Jews! Family is a big deal. :) I have to have a big wedding!!
You rock for being there so much for your cousin! And ENGLAND! YAY! Matt and I are honeymooning in London! We miss it OODLES!
