20/400 means you're legally blind So in other words not sighted at all :P What is Legal Blindness? "Letters and numbers on the eye chart become progressively larger to help determine just how bad your vision really is if you cannot read the 20/20 line. As an example, the big “E” on the standard Snellen eye chart represents 20/400 vision. If you are unable to read the big “E” on the chart at 20 feet away, even with corrective lenses, then you have 20/400 vision categorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as blindness."
