CURRENT MESSAGE

Um...*Reads specs* Attached 1,200 sq. ft. 5 rooms (3 beds, kitchen, and living room) 1.5 bath built in 1980 (Like me! Only born.) so no lead paint scare comes with stove and refrigerator electric heating and air slab foundation Due to the cosmetic damage to the place, no one has made a bid for it (how stupid!). Nothing big--a few holes here and there--so it's nothing that some spackle won't cure.
