Use a vacuum for the floor, shake out the cothles (outside or in the tub so you can contain them) then wash your cothles, do the same thing (shake wash) your sheets and if you feel you have some left use a sticky lint roller to roll over the areas you think they might be. Also, use the sticky lint roller to clean out the tub. If you don't have a sticky lint roller, use tape wrapped sticky side out around a pole, bat, hairbrush or rolling pin, to roll the shards up. Using the widest packing tape or duct tape you have. Good luck and don't get poked!
