This is all so very true and helpful. It's anzmiag to me that we have the capability to take the wind out of our own sails, before we've even left the shore! I love the goddess tarot, I have the app on my itouch and use it for every beginning and end of day reading. Every time I get the Ace of Cups I end up making a really great art piece for the day. One day I shall illustrate my own Tarot, but the daunting task of making 22-78 cards stops me in my tracks! Just keep moving forward, just keep moving forward!I listened to a great meditation by the chopra center yesterday, the Follow Through meditation, posted on their podcast in January 2009. It's free from itunes so check it out! They tend to talk a lot but it can be helpful.
