Thank you for the comment Jason, I do hihlgy appreciate the time you took to read my blog write it.I knew the hiring process was quite involved but not to that extent. I suppose it's all aspects I'd logically thought were already prepared before advertising the position. I think the best way to tell if I've got this job or not for now then will be the mail. Understanding what you say about formal dress too, I've never really took much notice of how it could have a negative effect but will take your advice on the matter. I'm new here, some things are going to seem weird. I might be slightly biased in that I like being smartly dressed though. Khakis though, not really me haha.Moving on to the photography element, thank you once more for the kind praise. I'd rate myself as a partially educated amateur, but do get some rather pleasing shots now again. I like the idea of renting out the use of my images or selling them to the media. An achievement pay slip all in one action. It certainly seems like a good idea to have for a bit of pocket money, would websites suck as Flickr be the right approach? As for skills to be rented out, I'm not particularly talented enough to sell my limited web design / graphics capabilities. After hearing how much it costs to get your driveway cleared for you, it might be worth me shovelling snow!
