de plume:Is there any variety in menu?Actually, we are going to have my faumos Burnt Duck recipe for Thanksgiving. Gnomette came up with the idea, since no one really likes turkey all that much. I haven't made duck in a couple of years. I usually do it around New Years. This year my parents are hosting. They are buying the duck, but I am cooking it. Oh, and the Thanksgiving dinner at Granddaughter #1 s school is going to be Lasagne! So today was the only turkey and dressing I will get. Although I could go up to the retirement home tomorrow and help serve and have Thanksgiving there, but I need to get my shop in shape instead. I haven't touched it in weeks.
