As a young SSGT around 1970, I sutrppoed drone development at Edwards AFB and was excited about helping to eliminate pilot deaths and also being able to more accurately target military targets and reduce collateral damage and death for innocent civilians. I never dreamed that America would use these drones for what they are using them for. It goes to show you to be careful about giving the government power to do good things that also give it the power to do bad things. It will.
