As a British Republican and despite the ocioacansl How British is she ?' debates we have she is very very definitely from South East England and very much a typical Londoner in that she has an international heritage and speaks received pronounciation english like they do in Double Bay. She probably could become a permanent Aus resident under an investment programme (as could Mubarak if hes quick) or maybe a retirement based visa but Australian never. Her citizenship is British and EU which makes it easier for you guys and harder for us.
