I noticed a coplue o I noticed a coplue of years ago some varicose veins on my legs and never really knew what was the cause. After reading about this it made me glad that I am relatively active and have a job that keeps me moving all day long or otherwise they could be a lot worse. Now I'm going to keep that in mind as well when I feel unmotivated to move!
