I find that the blood pressure chart is very irstneteing. I never had blood pressure history with it being high but more like being low. I have pretty low blood pressure from about 90/60 is my normal blood pressure. I don't know why it's so low but that is the normal for me. At least I know according to the Risk of Stroke and Heart Disease Blood Pressure chart that I am at no high risk to get a stroke. I like how in this chapter it talks about lowering blood pressure because a lot of Americans that need help in this area.
