My favourite moment was probably when Picard was telling Riker about his near-death experience in "Tapestry" - finally admitting that he owed Q big time for all the favours :P
Worst, I think, was when Data was trying his new relationship parameters in "In Theory".... that was so creepy! Ooh, or the end of "The Most Toys"! Data lies?! Or did he? We'll never know....
The death of Ziyal was pretty awful, but in a different way entirely.
Hm, funniest.... all of the poker scenes! <3 the poker scenes :D And Data mimicing Commander Hutch during the reception in "Starship Mine"! Priceless. Worf discussing klingon courtship rituals also comes to mind....
