I remember cncekihg into the woodshop at Elmendorf AFB. The old timer who ran the place had a test. He'd hand you a piece of 1 4 and tell you to split it in half. Of course I'm thinking he's going to think I'm going to forget about the width of the blade and I know I have this nailed. Before I did anything though, I asked him where the goggles or face shields were kept. He took the board back You passed. Our theater shop guru at Loyola, Raoul Johnson, told every orientation class in the shop, If I or anyone on the faculty ever catches you using ANY of this equipment without proper protective gear, you're done. You'll never step foot in my shop again and that means you cannot graduate, because to graduate, you have to do everything right.
