the only thing you should be doing behind her is calling 911... I don't know what's wrong with her upper arms, but one is quite obviously shorter than the other (the elbows aren't at the same height). Another thing is that the angle of the thigh doesn't add up to the hip rotation - she's got a dislocated hip or a serious congenital birth defect from the looks of it. I know Sean just colors, doesn't draw, but that's one weird picture.
