Why do companies, govermental sectors, and business in general seem to kick out the best and hired the incompetent ? WHY ? Today it seems they want people just out of school with 20 years experience in the field, why the %$@#&# won't they invest in new talent ?
I'm quite pissed of myself in my current unimployment status, because of the sheer bad luck I experienced, meaning getting "almost" a job (Getting a job offer, go to jobagency thingy to write the contract, arive there and find out the job got cancelled, AARGH) or getting kicked of a job because they made a mistake (Happened to me twice, not because I'm incompetent, but because of the idiots that hire me only to find out they hired to much peeps, and me getting kicked out randomly.) [/rant]
Anyways, I've got this thing going with my cousin, but that will start in January. In the meantime I must sollicitate to any job, just to keep my welfare. I'm not happy with that money, since I get it without doing anything constructive, it feels I didn't earn that money. I still will take though, free money got it's plusses, but it just doesn't feel right. (No, I'm not giving it away)
