but at this stage I'm not sure HOW to set it up as a twin monitor and then separate the various tasks onto each screen respectively
I can set it up as a clone, and then turn the laptop screen off, and I accidently created it as an extended desktop (and had to ask dummy for help to get it back) but when it was in extended desktop mode the screen was set at 1280 x 800 instead of the 1680 x 1050 of the monitor so there was a lot of dead space on the bigger screen
so how do I set it up properly?
I colour stuff...
