Fwiw, I've got ADSL2 And yeah. As far as I know they literally just have to flick a switch in the exchange, because everything's already installed and such. It's complete bollocks that it must take "6 working days" - since I ordered on a Friday, that meant 10 days! I wouldn't have been so aggravated by it had I actually made a choice to go with these people rather than being forced in by their bizarre local monopoly. Or, you know, had that not turned my phoneline on instantaneously and got a router to me at 9:30 the next morning.
