When I was in the hospital, the gyneacological surgeons said they saw all sorts of things - like cysts with teeth or hair or even bones, and even unborn twin brothers/sisters that went undetected for decades...
Positively gross. From what I gathered, most people's cysts were removed through an endoscopic procedure, leaving only 3 tiny holes in the belly. I guess that wouldn't really work with something the size of a baby's head though.
